RTT®, or Rapid Transformational Therapy®, embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: trance, regression, and hypnotic conditioning. RTT® goes beyond, diagnosing to work with clients to build a new therapeutic approach.

RTT® is endorsed by the National and International Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the International Association of Complementary Therapists, plus the International Institute of Complementary Therapies.

​​Individual Sessions

For individuals, the cost of a single session is $450, which includes a 30-minute pre-session call, 2-3 hour hypnotherapy session, 15-20 minute transformational recording and a 30-60 minute follow-up call. 

​

Most clients achieve best results with three sessions held over three months.

​

For those wishing additional support, 60-minute post-therapy coaching sessions are available at $100 per hour.

Custom Guided Hypnotherapy Meditation Recording

I create a personalized recorded session tailored to help you achieve your goals!

Customized transformational recordings are $99 and include a 30-minute client call and 15-20 minute recording. For workshops and group sessions, please schedule a discovery call to discuss and receive a quote.

Ongoing or Follow-up Mentoring Sessions

$111.00 per hour.

I offer superb RTT for businesses with online or on-site workshops and group sessions tailored to your company's needs. Boost your workplace wellness efforts with sessions to help employees obtain a healthy weight and curtail habits such as smoking and drinking.
